Texas Trophy Hunters
The Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA), founded in 1975, is a San Antonio-based organization dedicated to promoting, protecting, and preserving Texas' wildlife resources and hunting heritage. Known as the "Voice of Texas Hunting," TTHA unites hunters across the state through education, entertainment, and advocacy. Members receive benefits such as a bi-monthly subscription to The Journal of the Texas Trophy Hunters, exclusive gear, and access to events like the annual Hunters Extravaganza. TTHA continues to be a leading force in the Texas outdoor community.

My role with TTHA
Began role as a graphic designer at Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA) in 2007
Design story and feature layouts for The Journal of the Texas Trophy Hunters magazine
Expanded responsibilities over the years included:
Creating logos for special events such as the 50th anniversary, Bucks & BBQ, or the Hunters Extravaganza
Designing signage for major events such as the Hunters Extravaganza and Bucks and BBQ competition
Event photography and visual content creation
Designing the magazine’s front cover
Led a magazine redesign to align more closely with TTHA’s brand voice and aesthetic
Departed after 10 years to explore new subject matter
Returned as a freelance designer in January 2018 at the request of the organization
Currently serve as contracted art director, continuing to shape TTHA’s visual identity
